Jaime Freyre De Andrade

Jaime Freyre de Andrade Calonge serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Major Projects at Pomerleau since August 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at SNC-Lavalin from August 2017 to July 2023 as Senior Vice President and Project Director for the NouvLR (REM - Réseau Express Métropolitain). Jaime held multiple executive roles at FCC Servicios Ciudadanos from June 1999 to July 2017, including Executive Vice President for Europe and the Middle East, overseeing infrastructure projects and delivering the Metro Riyadh Package 3 project. Additionally, Jaime has experience as CEO North America and President at FCC Construction Inc., and held managerial positions at ALPINE Bau GmbH, focusing on international infrastructure projects. Jaime obtained a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Cantabria and completed earlier education at Colegio San José - Jesuitas - Valladolid.
