Frances Sicam

Frances Sicam has a diverse background in customer service and hospitality, currently serving as a Call Center Supervisor at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge since May 2017. Frances has held various roles within the lodge, including Reservations Agent and Quality Assurance Inspector, and started the journey as a Cooperative Education Student. Prior experience includes a position as a Food Service Worker at South St. Burger from April 2013 to December 2020. Frances completed education at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2016 to 2018.
