Yogesh Patel is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in banquet management and food and beverage operations. Currently serving as the Director of Banquets at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge since September 2022, Yogesh has previously held significant roles including Restaurant General Manager at Fairmont Empress, Banquet Manager at Fairmont Waterfront, and Task Force - Food and Beverage Manager at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. With extensive experience at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, encompassing positions such as Banquet Manager and Food and Beverage Manager, Yogesh combines leadership skills with a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Lambton College and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Studies from Kohinoor College of Hospitality Studies in Mumbai.
