Bao Phung

Bao Phung is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Area Director of Finance at Pomeroy Lodging since November 2024. Previously, Bao held the position of Complex Director of Finance and Business Partner at Rosewood Hotel Group from May 2021 to August 2024, contributing to Central Vietnam's newest integrated casino and golf resort. Bao's extensive background in finance includes roles such as Cluster Director of Finance at Accor Vietnam, Director of Finance and Business Support at both Fairmont Empress and Swissôtel Nai Lert Park, and the same title at Swissotel Resort Phuket. Earlier positions include Assistant Controller and Assistant Financial Controller at several prestigious hotels, including The Fairmont Winnipeg and Fairmont Orchid. Bao Phung obtained a diploma in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Camosun College, coupled with a certificate in Financial Management from E-Cornell University.
