Ryan Haynes

Ryan Haynes currently serves as the Assistant Director of Residence Life at Pomona College, where responsibilities include leading first-year experience initiatives and overseeing residential operations. With a background in student services, Haynes has held various roles in higher education, including Student Services Specialist at College Living Experience and Assistant Residence Hall Director at the University of Connecticut. Additional experience includes teaching positions related to student success and health education, as well as a project management role at the Academy of Art University. Haynes holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education & Student Affairs from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from California State University, Monterey Bay.
