Serena Lin

Serena Lin is a multifaceted professional and leader currently serving as the Lead Sage Fellow at Pomona College, where management of a team of seven peer academic coaches is complemented by efforts to rebrand the organization. As a Voices Blogger, Serena has produced articles and graphics that highlight student life. At Claremont Graduate University, Serena takes on the role of Lead UX Researcher, overseeing a team developing a gamified wellness app and an intergenerational knowledge documentation platform. As the founder of Uplift Notes, Serena has cultivated a community of over 5,000 followers through original content focused on personal growth. Previous experiences include roles as Director of Projects for Pomona Ventures, a Marketing Strategy Intern at BobaMate, and a founder of a social entrepreneurship venture, alongside a forthcoming summer position in strategy consulting at Deloitte. Serena Lin is pursuing a degree in Neuroscience and Human-Centered Design at Pomona College, having previously participated in the LaunchX Entrepreneurship Program.
