Shalonda Martin

Shalonda Martin, Ed.D., ACC, currently serves as the Executive Director of Advancement Services at Pomona College, where strategic leadership is provided across multiple teams to enhance donor engagement and fundraising success. With a strong foundation in data administration and technology, Shalonda leads a Salesforce CRM implementation to streamline operations. As a co-founder of Advancing Belonging Consultants and COACHES FOR EQUITY, Shalonda focuses on advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. Previous roles include senior leadership positions at the University of Southern California, UCLA, and Pepperdine University, where data integrity and improvement of operational processes were key areas of responsibility. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in International and Intercultural Communication from Pepperdine University.
