Paul Spiers

Paul Spiers is the Founder and CEO of The New P&L Institute, a leadership and corporate culture consultancy established in February 2021. In addition, Spiers hosts The New P&L podcast, which explores the importance of principles and leadership in business through interviews with various entrepreneurs and leaders. Spiers also serves as a Professional Speaker with Pomona Partners and Inspirational Speakers, focusing on leadership, creativity, and purpose-led business cultures. As a Visiting Faculty Lecturer at the Knowles Johnson Institute of Graduate Studies, Spiers contributes to the education of future leaders in Human Organizational Development. Previous roles include keynote speaking, strategic advising at the UK Creative Festival, and positions in marketing and strategy with multiple organizations. Spiers founded Amplifier Group, which emphasizes creative thinking in business culture and strategy.
