Emmanuelle Bouvier

Emmanuelle BOUVIER currently serves as Cheffe de projet - Outils & Méthodes at Groupe Pomona since August 2024. Previously, Emmanuelle held dual roles as People and B-Corp Director and Operations Manager at Petit Pot from 2019 to October 2024. Emmanuelle worked at Alcimed from June 2013 to April 2017 as a Food Innovation Strategy Senior Consultant, successfully completing 15 projects with a total budget exceeding $800,000. Earlier experience includes roles as Sales Manager Assistant at Lesieur and as Traceability, Food Safety and Regulation Officer at Nutrixo. Emmanuelle holds a Master of Science in Biological Engineering, Food Business & Marketing from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Life Sciences from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
