Debra Blankenship, RN has a diverse and extensive work experience in healthcare administration. Debra recently retired in April 2022. Prior to that, Debra served as the Administrative Director of Utilization Management at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, where they were responsible for overseeing various hospital services. Before joining Pomona Valley, they held multiple leadership roles at San Antonio Community Hospital, including Director of Outpatient Services and Utilization Management. In these positions, they managed various departments and provided administrative support to the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Overall, Debra has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities and a track record of success in optimizing hospital services.

Debra Blankenship, RN has a strong educational background in healthcare and business. Debra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University, which they completed in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management from the University of La Verne in 2001. Debra started their nursing career by earning an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Registered Nursing from Chaffey College in 1985. Debra has also obtained additional certifications, including Accredited Case Manager from the American Case Management Association (ACMA) in 2017 and Nurses, Registered from the Board of Registered Nursing in 1985.
