Jon B.

Jon B. has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jon currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, where they oversee the development and effectiveness of ambulatory facilities. In this role, they manage a significant budget, staff, and provider teams and is responsible for improving operations, revenue cycle, marketing, financial performance, and staff engagement.

Prior to their current position, Jon worked at Spectrum Health Medical Group, where they held multiple roles. Jon served as the Director of Operations, responsible for coordinating all operational aspects of the specialty care and primary care practices. Jon also served as the Director of Business Development, leading physician practices in developing strategies and growth plans. Additionally, they worked as the Oncology Business Manager, overseeing the business functions of the oncology program and as a Senior Financial Analyst and Accounts Payable Manager.

Before joining Spectrum Health Medical Group, Jon worked as an Audit Supervisor at SpendMend.

Jon B. earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Calvin University from 1994 to 1998. Jon then pursued a Masters in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University, completing it from 2009 to 2013.
