Shannon Erley

Shannon Erley is the founder and CEO of Pomp, a beauty startup that helps brands scale their digital sales channels. Prior to Pomp, Shannon was the director of marketplace strategy at Booyah Advertising, where they advised skincare, health, and beauty brands on how to grow their businesses. Shannon also worked as a director of sales at NuFACE, pioneers of microcurrent skincare tools, and as an ecommerce manager at GovX. Shannon has a passion for helping businesses grow and excel in the beauty industry.

Shannon Erley has a Bachelor of Science in Business from San Diego State University. Shannon also studied French Language and Literature at the ACCENT International Consortium for Academic Programs in Paris, France. Shannon is currently attending Columbia College Chicago.
