Eriq Smith

Eriq Smith is currently a Regional Sales Associate at National Flooring Equipment Inc., a role started in September 2023. Prior to this position, Eriq served as a Commercial Sales Representative for Pomp's Tire Service, Inc. from September 2020 to September 2023. Eriq's experience includes a significant role as a Student Teacher at the University of Minnesota Duluth, where responsibilities included creating remote and hybrid lessons during the Covid-19 pandemic. Additional experience encompasses serving as an Assistant Varsity Coach for Proctor-Hermantown wrestling from November 2015 to April 2020, where Eriq focused on athlete growth and parental engagement, as well as a doorman at Aces and Spurs on 1st from April 2015 to January 2018, managing crowd control and training new employees. Eriq began the professional journey as a seasonal laborer for the City of Arden Hills during the summers of 2014 and 2016, further developing problem-solving skills. Eriq holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies Teacher Education and a degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth, earned between 2014 and 2020.
