Joel Skaleski

Joel Skaleski serves as the Human Resources Manager at Pomp's Tire Service, a position held since October 2010, overseeing HR functions for over 1,100 employees across multiple locations. Prior experience includes a role in Human Resources at Little Rapids Corporation for a brief period, and a long tenure at JBS Green Bay, Inc., where as Human Resources Director, Joel managed a diverse team in a 1,300-employee manufacturing facility. Initial HR experience was gained during an internship at Mid-States Aluminum Corp., complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
