Steven Meilleur

Steven Meilleur is a seasoned professional in risk management and human resources, currently serving as Senior VP and Risk Services Consultant at Poms & Associates since October 2011. In this role, Steven provides consulting, training, and research focused on HR and employment practices while overseeing Poms Connects, a web-based knowledge-sharing platform. Additionally, Steven has been a Lecturer III at the University of New Mexico's School of Public Administration since August 2009 and an Adjunct Faculty member at Webster University since 1994. As the President and CEO of PRAXIS Management Solutions, LLC, Steven specializes in nonprofit and public sector management, strategic planning, and organizational research. Previously, Steven held the position of VP of Human Resources and Risk Management at Adelante Development Center, a large social services agency. Steven's educational background includes a PhD in Leadership & Organizational Learning from The University of New Mexico and an Executive MBA from the UNM Anderson School of Management.
