Roland started their career in 2005 at Amway - Nutrilite, where they served as a Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for continuous improvement of manufacturing operations. Roland later transitioned into a role as a Manufacturing IT Systems lead, where they modernized manufacturing operations through the implementation of commercial software systems.

In 2014, Roland joined NNE as an IT Consultant, providing flexible and compliant solutions to biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Roland supported customers globally and on local sites, contributing to the successful launch of products in the market.

Currently, Roland is at POMS Corporation, where they are the Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing. Roland has executive responsibility for developing and executing the company's sales and marketing strategy to help life science companies achieve compliance and digital transformation. Roland E. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Materials Science from UC San Diego, completing their education from 2003 to 2008. Roland obtained additional certifications in various fields such as Digital Technologies, Programming Foundations, Scrum Basics, Learning SQL Programming, SEO Foundations, Blockchain, Sales Negotiation, and MES/MOM Methodologies.
