Travis Castleman has held various roles within different companies over the years. Travis started their career at Sprint in 2004, where they worked as a Customer Relationship Manager until 2010. Travis then joined Blackboard as a Manager of Client Support, and later became the Director of Client Support from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Travis joined Apptix as the Director of Client Care. Currently, Travis is employed at POMS Corporation, where they started as the Director of Customer Support in 2016 and is now the Vice President of Customer Support.
Travis Castleman received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from George Mason University in 2003. Travis later pursued an MBA from George Mason University's Costello College of Business and completed it in 2009. Additionally, they obtained a TSU Masters Degree from TeamSupport in 2022, and holds a certification in ITIL Foundations.
