Roni Gorev

Roni Gorev has extensive work experience in the legal field. Starting in 2008 as a Legal Intern at Zemah Schneider & Partners, they later worked as an Associate at Ori Rosen & Co. in 2009-2010. In 2011, they served as a Legal Assistant at SNR Denton, where they gained experience in corporate law and participated in business development and marketing activities. Roni then worked as a Locum Lawyer at Quinn Emanuel in 2012, assisting on commercial litigation projects. They joined Matry Meiri & Co. in the same year as an Associate, and in 2015, they began working at IDE Technologies as a Senior Legal and Commercial Counsel. At IDE Technologies, Roni managed legal and regulatory aspects of various projects with international clients, partners, and suppliers, including tendering, contract drafting, risk identification and mitigation, and project management. Most recently, in 2022, Roni joined Pomvom as the Head of Legal.

Roni Gorev earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2008. In the same year, they also completed their LLB degree in Law from the same institution. In 2009, they obtained the certification of an Attorney from the Israel Bar Association. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained an LLM degree in Corporate Law and Corporate Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2011.
