Arian Den Boer

Arian den Boer has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Arian began their career as a Management Trainee at Ormit BV, where they worked as a Project Manager and Consultant for an IT-staff division. Arian then moved on to Heineken International (Group IT) as a Business Consultant, responsible for gathering business requirements and implementing IT solutions.

After that, Arian joined Vrumona BV, the soft drinks division of Heineken, as a Senior Business Controller. Arian worked in the commercial department, specifically in the Marketing Department and with retail customers such as AHOLD.

Following their time at Vrumona BV, Arian worked at Heineken as a Business Consultant, focusing on improving financial processes and integrating different Dutch organizations into a new Heineken Netherlands Organization. Arian also held a part-time role as a Business Controller for the Marketing Department.

Arian then joined Pon, where they held various roles. As Transformation Leader, they were responsible for improving processes, systems, and the organization of Pon Equipment Sweden. At Pon Automotive Retail, they served as the CFO, overseeing multiple dealerships and related companies in the Netherlands. Arian also worked as the Manager of Finance & Control for Pon Logistics, implementing a new Transfer Pricing system, and as a Senior Business Controller.

Most recently, Arian joined Pacific Cycle - Schwinn, Mongoose, Kid Trax as the VP Finance interim.

Arian den Boer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Economie en Recht - specializing in Vastgoed from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, which was completed from 1990 to 1994. They then pursued a Drs degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, from 1994 to 1997. In 2009, Arian den Boer obtained a Post Doc degree in Register Controller from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Finally, in 2012, they earned a Master's Degree in Executive Master of Operational Excellence and Supply Chain Management from TIAS School for Business and Society.
