Clayton Spencer

Clayton Spencer has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Clayton began their career as a Fly-Fishing Guide at Stephan Lake Lodge in 2003, before moving to Citigroup, Mergers and Acquisitions Group as an Analyst in 2004. Clayton then joined CIC Partners as an Associate in 2006, before becoming a Partner at Marlin Investimentos in 2011. In 2014, they Co-Founded and became CEO of Kickoff, which was later acquired by Paktor. Most recently, they have been the Founder of PONCHO since 2017.

Clayton Spencer attended Paschal High School from 1995 to 1999. Clayton then went on to The University of Texas at Austin, where they earned a Plan II, Business Honors degree from 1999 to 2003. In 2009, they completed their MBA at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
