Laura Sonderman

Laura Sonderman has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Laura is currently the Director of Production at Poncho. Prior to that, they worked at Brist Mfg as the Director of Global Sourcing & Product Development and the Manager of International Apparel and Textiles. Before that, they held the position of Associate Sourcing Specialist at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where they managed production and sourcing for women's fashion dresses and skirts. Laura also had various roles at Justice, including Associate Designer and Assistant Designer, where they worked on girl's activewear, graphic tees, and cut and sew knit tops. Additionally, they have experience in sales and visual merchandising at The North Face and PUMA. Laura began their career with an internship at Reach Event Mktg, where they gained marketing research and customer service skills.

Laura Sonderman attended The Ohio State University from 2009 to 2013 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Product Development.
