Ashley Rutledge is an experienced Human Resources Coordinator at Pond & Company since May 2024, having previously served as a Human Resources Intern. Prior to this role, Ashley contributed as a Research Assistant in Dr. Joshua Miller’s Personality in Physical Strength Lab at the University of Georgia, focusing on the relationship between personality factors and physical strength from August 2023 to May 2024. Additionally, Ashley gained customer service experience as a Server at The Chophouse from August 2022 to April 2024 and as a Summer Camp Counselor at Gwinnett Environmental & Heritage Center during the summer of 2022. Ashley is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at The University of Georgia, expected to graduate in 2024.
