Shaugn McReynolds

Shaugn McReynolds is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and aviation design. Currently serving as the Civil Engineering Technical Director for Energy at Pond & Company since January 2009, Shaugn has held multiple leadership roles, including Aviation Technical Director, Director of Quality, and Director of Civil Engineering. Prior to this, Shaugn worked as a Senior Civil Engineer and Technical Manager at Axis Companies from August 2022 to February 2023, and as the Central/Southeast Lead Engineer for Aviation Design at CHA Consulting, Inc. from April 2019 to August 2022. Shaugn holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned between 1984 and 1989.
