Tasnuva Tanin Meem

Tasnuva Tanin Meem, EIT, is a Water Resources Engineer I at Pond & Company since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tasnuva served as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Toledo from January 2022 to December 2023, where research focused on the removal of cyanobacterial cells and algal organic matter in water treatment systems. Additional responsibilities included designing and executing bench-scale experiments. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, Tasnuva conducted classes and supervised over 120 students in structural courses while performing statistical analyses to enhance student performance. Previous experience includes a lecturer position at Presidency University in Bangladesh and a Research Associate role at the Institute of Water and Flood Management (IWFM) at BUET, contributing to water security projects. Tasnuva holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
