Wade Carroll

Wade Carroll, AICP, currently serves as the Director of Transportation Planning at Pond & Company since May 2023. Previously, Wade held the position of Senior Transportation Planner and Project Manager at Metro Analytics from April 2018 to May 2023, and prior to that, served in similar roles at J. R. Wilburn and Associates from September 2014 to March 2018, and Jacobs Engineering Group from January 2005 to September 2014. Wade began the career as a Transportation Planner at PBS&J and held the position of Program Planner at Pinellas County Government, as well as City Planner for the City of Tarpon Springs, Florida. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Urban Planning and Management from the University of South Florida, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Geography and City and Regional Planning from Western Kentucky University.
