Thomas J. Giordano

Thomas J. Giordano, Jr., currently assists in running the day-to-day legal operations of Pond Lehocky Giordano and simultaneously heads Pond Lehocky Disability, the firm’s Social Security disability department. Mr. Giordano is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Northern District of Texas. He earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, in communications studies from Towson University in Maryland. He received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden. Mr. Giordano currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, as the co-chair of the Social Security Disability section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and as the immediate past chair of the Social Security Disability Committee of the American Association for Justice. He is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR) and is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
