Rehana Farrell

Rehana Farrell is the current advisor at Pond. Rehana has held many other positions in the past, such as Chief Operating Officer at Cain Hoy Enterprises and Managing Director at Merrill Lynch. Farrell has a long history of working in the financial industry, starting as a summer associate at Booz Allen in 1998. In 2003, they became Vice President at Prudential Financial, and then First Vice President at Smith Barney the following year. In 2012, they were promoted to Chief Administrative Officer at Guggenheim Partners. Farrell remained in this position until 2014 when they left to become the Chief Operating Officer at Cain Hoy Enterprises.

Rehana Farrell has an MBA in Finance, Marketing & Management from Columbia Business School and an AB in Economics from Smith College.
