Matthew Reali

Matthew Reali has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matthew is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Ponera Group, a position they have held since July 2019. Additionally, they are a Board Member at Verein Netzwerk Logistik Switzerland - VNL Switzerland, starting from April 2023.

Prior to their current roles, Matthew worked at Buhler Group from May 2017 to June 2020. During their time there, they served as an Executive Assistant to the COO and Head of Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain. Matthew was also involved in operations strategy, project leadership, and various RFQ processes. Furthermore, they contributed to market strategy, including market analysis, product portfolio evaluation, and distribution channels.

Before Buhler Group, Matthew worked at Credit Suisse where they had several roles. From July 2016 to January 2017, they were involved in FX Spot Trading. Matthew also worked in Debt Syndication and Debt Capital Markets, pricing new bond issuance for global Corporates, Financials, and States. Matthew began their career at Credit Suisse as a Strategic Platform Manager from February 2015 to January 2016.

Matthew's previous experience includes a role as a Junior Derivatives Analyst at LITASCO from February 2014 to October 2014. Matthew also served as a First Lieutenant-Explorateur in the Swiss Armed Forces from July 2011 to August 2012, where they gained experience in military service and leadership.

Later, they pursued further education at EPFL from 2012 to 2014 and received a Master's degree in Ingegneria.

In 2020, Matthew Reali attended IMD and completed a Diploma in Mobilizing People, focusing on Leadership. Matthew also participated in the IMD Startup Competition 2020, further enhancing their skills in Business Administration and Management.

Continuing their education, in 2022, they attended Università degli Studi di Genova, where they pursued a degree in Entrepreneurship, specifically in the field of Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
