Roshanak Alitalab

Roshanak Alitalab has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Roshanak is currently the Founder and CEO of Barneedle, a company that empowers women to start their own businesses and sell their products online. This initiative was started in response to the job losses caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prior to Barneedle, Roshanak was a Co-founder and Customer Support Manager at ponisha.ir, the largest local online outsourcing website in Iran. Roshanak'smain responsibilities included building a support team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roshanak also worked as a Community Marketing Manager at Patsa Industry, where they were responsible for developing and implementing training programs and activities. Additionally, they supported the Sales and Marketing departments and represented the company at industry functions.

Roshanak has experience in the real estate industry as well, having worked as a Marketing Manager at AlitaHome. Roshanak'srole involved property finding, valuing, and client satisfaction.

Roshanak also served as a Branch Manager at Qwaterless car wash, where they managed day-to-day operations and focused on staffing, training, and creating a team-oriented environment.

Earlier in their career, Roshanak worked as an Expert of Systems Engineering & Productivity at Matn Ara Tehran (POGC) and as a Freelance Translator at Worldtranslators.

Roshanak Alitalab attended Guilan University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English literature. Roshanak focused their studies on British and Commonwealth literature.
