Frederik de Hosson

Frederik de Hosson has a strong background in investment and mergers and acquisitions. Frederik is currently serving as an Investment Director at Ponooc since July 2021. Prior to that, from February 2018 to July 2021, Frederik held the role of Director Mergers and Acquisitions at Pon. Frederik also worked at Stibbe, starting in November 2010 and serving as a Senior Associate in M&A until February 2018.

Frederik de Hosson's education history includes the following:

From 1997 to 2003, Frederik attended Gemeentelijk Gymnasium Hilversum, a Dutch pre-university school with a curriculum that included Latin and/or Greek.

In 2003, Frederik spent a year at the University of Virginia, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree.

From 2004 to 2009, Frederik studied at the University of Amsterdam, earning a Bachelor's degree in Dutch Law (Rechtsgeleerdheid).

In 2009 and 2010, Frederik returned to the University of Amsterdam to take various courses in Minor Corporate Financial Management as part of their education.

In 2011 and 2012, Frederik enrolled in a law firm school, completing an in-depth training program designed for aspiring lawyers.

In 2015, Frederik attended INSEAD, where they participated in an MBA highlights program focusing on corporate finance and business strategy.

In terms of certifications, Frederik obtained a certificate in Accounting and Financial Analysis from the London Business School in December 2021.
