Barlow “Bart” Cook, Member, President/CCO, is a Professional Engineer in several states who has worked in the heavy civil, marine, and mechanical construction field on the private/government side for over 20 years. He has extensive experience with managing large scale construction projects ranging from coastal restoration, levee construction, dredging, Disaster Recovery, Pump station repairs, and numerous other site development construction activities.
