Jared Welker

Jared Welker is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background in various roles across multiple companies. Currently, Jared serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Kairos Financial since April 2022, and also holds the position of Co-Founder at Bay Front Ventures since January 2021. In addition, Jared is an Advisor and Chief of Staff at Farmshelf since November 2019. Previous experience includes a role as Product Marketing Manager at Tala from November 2017 to October 2019, Product & Sales Manager at Work Today from May 2017 to October 2017, and Associate at PRG from May 2015 to May 2017. Jared's educational achievements include a degree in Social Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business, a Growth Series degree from Reforge, a degree in Rhetoric from Pepperdine University, and studies at Heidelberg University in 2013.
