Advocating delicious, healthy and responsible fruit is the mission that the Ponthier company has undertaken. We commit to inspire and be inspired by our employees, producers, customers, and partners. The fruit processed in our workshops make a sustainable contribution to Human well-being and Nature conservation. Ponthier sources its raw materials with precision and transforms them into natural purees, crushed fruits, and coulis with detailed traceability and high food safety. In its workshops in Corrèze, since 1946, Ponthier has been working to preserve the original taste of fruits to offer them to all gastronomy professionals.
