Pamela Smith

Pamela Smith serves as the People & Culture Director for South & Central America at Encora Inc. and has a robust background in human resources across various organizations. With prior roles as the Human Resources Director for Mediabrands Latam, Human Resources Manager at KPMG in Perú, and Global Talent Management Head at Grupo AJE, Pamela has extensive experience in HR leadership. Additionally, Pamela has contributed to academia through a teaching role at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Academically, Pamela holds an International Master in Leadership from EADA Business School and an MBA in International Business Management from CENTRUM PUCP, where membership in the Beta Gamma Sigma honors society was achieved.
