Ivana Wowczuk

Ivana Wowczuk is a professional with extensive experience in human factors and aviation safety. Currently serving as a docente at Universidad Provincial de Ezeiza and Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, Ivana has also been a consultant at Lidera tus Alas-Consultoría Sistémica since 2014. Additionally, Ivana has been a cabin crew member and instructor for human factors in aviation at Aerolineas Argentinas since 1997. Ivana’s educational background includes a certified professional coach degree and various qualifications in safety management systems, human factors in aviation, and project management. Ivana focuses on optimizing the behavior and performance of aviation personnel to enhance operational safety and effectiveness through systemic and integrative training solutions.
