Lucas Salvatierra

Lucas Salvatierra currently holds the position of Chief Scientific Officer and Co-founder at NotFossil since January 2024, while also serving as Director at the Instituto de Investigaciones en Ingeniería Ambiental, Química y Biotecnología Aplicada (INGEBIO) and Head Director of the Bio&Tech of Materials and Environmental Sciences Group (Bio&TecMA) at CONICET - CCT Rosario. Additionally, Lucas has been a Professor of Thermodynamics at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina "Santa María de los Buenos Aires" since April 2006. Previous roles include Assistant Researcher and Adjunto Researcher at CONICET, as well as a technical expert at the Organismo Argentino de Acreditación, and an Honorary Visiting Fellow at the University of Leicester. Lucas earned a Licentiate degree in Environmental Science from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and a PhD in Materials Science from Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
