Patricio Nobili

Patricio Nobili has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Director de Recursos Humanos para la División Sur de Latinoamérica at Arcos Dorados since March 1996. In this role, Patricio oversees HR functions across various South American countries, focusing on labor relations, organizational climate, training, and compensation. Prior to this position, Patricio held several key roles within the company, advancing from Crew in 1996 to various managerial and directorial roles. Additionally, Patricio contributes to academic and professional organizations, including serving as a postgraduate professor in Human Resources Management at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, a member of the DCH board, and previously as Vice President of the Cámara Argentina de Establecimientos de Servicio Rápido. Patricio holds an Executive MBA from IAE Business School and multiple other degrees related to human resources and management.
