Raul Garay Linares is a seasoned Business Agile Consultant and Professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, specializing in cultural transformation and agile methodologies. As the CEO and Executive Director of CEC Facilitadores para el Cambio, Raul leads initiatives for digital transformation across Latin America through the four pillars: Strategy, Talents, Processes, and Technology.
