Francisco Balarezo

Francisco Balarezo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector in Ecuador. Since November 2010, Francisco has served as the General Manager of MEGADATOS S.A. under the brand Netlife, focusing on improving quality of life through digital solutions and innovation. Additionally, since July 2010, Francisco has been a professor in the Master's program for Information and Communication Technologies at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, contributing to the development of telecommunications and IT master's programs. Francisco is also the founding Executive Director of AEPROVI, an association dedicated to advancing the telecommunications and IT sectors in Ecuador by collaborating on regulatory standards and promoting technological development. Francisco holds a PhD in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Benito Juarez, an MBA from IDE Business School, and a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Escuela Politécnica Nacional.
