Dane Marino has a diverse work experience. From March 2020 to present, they have been working at Pontoon Solutions, initially as a Process Excellence Manager and currently as the Senior Director of Client Services. Prior to that, from November 2018 to February 2020, they worked at General Fasteners Company as a Continuous Improvement Leader.

Before joining General Fasteners Company, Dane worked at Harbor from June 2016 to October 2018. During this time, they held the positions of Manager of Process Improvement and DMAIC and Admin Project Manager. In their role as Manager of Process Improvement, Dane led the continuous improvement department, achieved significant cost savings, developed a continuous improvement program, and implemented Lean Six Sigma projects. Dane also conducted data analysis and reported findings to senior executives.

Dane Marino attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Systems Engineering. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Certified Contingent Workforce Professional from Staffing Industry Analysts, PowerPoint Essential Training from LinkedIn, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM, Six Sigma Black Belt from Harbor Department of Performance Improvement, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Life Leaders LLC, and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from UNC Charlotte Continuing Education.
