Lee Stewardson

Lee Stewardson has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the recruitment and workforce solutions industry. Currently, they are the Account Portfolio Director at Pontoon Solutions, where they provide strategic oversight and management of Midmarket EMEA programs. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Client Services at Pontoon, responsible for managing three clients within the company's portfolio. Before joining Pontoon, Lee worked at hyphen Workforce Solutions as a Recruitment Programme Manager for various clients, including Connect Group PLC and Novartis. Lee also held the position of Recruitment Account Manager at Logica/CGI. Earlier in their career, Lee worked as a Senior Solutions Recruitment Consultant at PW Search/Gyrocom and as a Recruitment Consultant at Reed Technology. Lee started their career as a Junior Pre Sales Consultant at Candle Service, where they gained experience in middleware technology and sales.

Lee Stewardson attended Kingston University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a BA Hons degree in Business Management.
