Neal Ramdenee

Neal Ramdenee has a strong background in business development and management in the staffing industry. Neal most recently served as the Global Head of Development at Pontoon Solutions, where they were responsible for driving the acquisition of talent and managing the contingent and project workforce. Prior to that, Neal held various roles at Adecco Group, including Group Business Development Director and International Business Development Director. Neal also gained experience at Kelly Services (UK) Ltd, where they served as a Business Development Manager and Branch Manager. Earlier in their career, Neal worked at Workforce Recruitment Ltd as a Consultant and Branch Manager.

From 1994 to 1997, Neal Ramdenee attended the University of Wolverhampton, where they obtained a BA (HONS) degree in Languages for Business. Their field of study included Economics, French, and Spanish.
