Josh Pandolfi

Josh Pandolfi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in managing and structuring infrastructure investments. Currently serving as Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Pontoro, Josh plays a key role in developing a digital asset platform for institutional investors and oversees the Pontoro New Generation Infrastructure Loan Fund. Prior to this, Josh was Managing Director at Starwood Property Trust, where responsibilities included sourcing and structuring direct lending opportunities and managing significant multi-investor transactions. With a robust background at GE Capital in various managerial roles, Josh has developed expertise in loan syndication and capital markets, contributing to significant funding opportunities across the power and energy sectors. Educationally, Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University and has international academic experience from the University of Salamanca in Spain.
