As CEO and Co-Founder of Safemind since April 2004, Daniel has led one of the top recruitment firms in the tech industry, specializing in supporting start-ups and scale-ups. Additionally, Daniel co-founded Ponty Technology AB, serving as Chairman of the Board, where the company offers modern recruitment systems for HR departments. Daniel’s commitment to community service is demonstrated through voluntary work with the Swedish Sea Rescue Society. Further roles include co-owner and investor at Lovorda, involvement with Kodcentrum to promote programming among youth, and various board positions within consulting networks.
