Connor Naufel

Connor Naufel is an experienced professional in the foodservice and hospitality industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Rocky Top Catering since April 2022, and continues to manage the taproom at Ponysaurus Brewing Co. since July 2021 and the snack bar at Prestonwood Country Club since May 2021. Previous roles include Golf Course Maintenance Technician at Governors Club and Ballantyne Country Club, and a brief tenure as a bartender at Charlotte City Club. Connor has also gained valuable experience through a management internship at Ballantyne Country Club and an internship at Tavern on the Bay, contributing to menu development and inventory management. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Foodservice Management and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
