Marco Adelfio Acito has a diverse work experience in various companies.

Marco Adelfio started their career at Iniziativa Value in May 2012, where they gained some work experience for a period of three months.

In September 2012, they joined Dal Verme & Associati Business Consulting as a Mid tax specialist. Their role involved providing continuous tax assistance and consultancy for direct and indirect taxes, analyzing tax aspects related to financial transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. Marco Adelfio worked at the company for almost seven years until June 2019.

Since June 2019, Marco has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer at PonyU, where they currently hold a position.

Marco Adelfio Acito completed a Master's degree in Bilancio, Revisione Contabile e Controllo di Gestione in 2012 at Scuola di Alta Formazione dell' IPE, with a focus on Contabilità. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, they obtained a Laurea Magistrale in Finanza from Università degli studi di Napoli Federico II, specializing in Finanza.
