Thomas Hardin

Thomas Hardin possesses extensive experience in retail management and customer service, beginning with a role as Store Manager at Hollywood Video from May 2007 to June 2009. Following that, Thomas served as Assistant Manager and then General Manager at LIDS Sports Group from July 2010 to July 2015, where a strong focus on driving sales and exceptional customer service was emphasized. Thomas transitioned to ServiceSource as GCS Annuities Manager from October 2015 to June 2017, effectively managing services and software to enhance revenue retention and customer renewals. After a managerial position at Washtopia from February 2019 to October 2021, Thomas currently works as a Retail Specialist at Pool and Spa Depot since October 2021. Thomas graduated from Franklin High School in 2002.
