Jim Hope

Jim Hope is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial leadership and governance. Currently serving as an Independent Director at Core & Main since May 2024 and at POOLCORP since October 2022, Jim has previously contributed as a Board Member at The Faison Center from January 2022 to January 2024. Jim held various senior roles at Performance Food Group, including Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President from July 2014 to December 2022. Prior to that, Jim spent nearly two decades at Sysco in several executive positions, including Executive Vice President for Business Transformation and Group President for Demand Strategy. Jim began the career at Sysco in 1987 and progressed through various roles, showcasing a robust track record in financial management and operational leadership. Educationally, Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained between 1978 and 1983.
