Mairin Manson

Mairin Manson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Talent Management at POOLCORP since December 2021. Prior to this, Mairin worked at Energizer Holdings, where they held various roles, including Senior Director, Global Talent Development from July 2015 to December 2021. Mairin also served as the Director of Global Communications from March 2013 to June 2015 and Director of Internal Communications from December 2011 to February 2013. Before joining Energizer Holdings, Mairin worked at Mercer Human Resources Consulting as a Client Management Analyst from 1999 to 2002. Mairin began their career at The Princeton Review, where they served as the Director of Course Operations from 1996 to 1999.

Mairin Manson earned a B.A. in English from the University of Notre Dame in 1996. From 2002 to 2004, they pursued an MBA specializing in Organizational Behavior at the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
