Marty Gervasi

Marty Gervasi currently serves as an Independent Director at POOLCORP, where responsibilities include chairing the Compensation Committee and participating in the Strategic Planning Committee. Additionally, Gervasi is a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach at My Next Season. Previously, Gervasi held several roles at The Hartford from November 2010 to April 2020, including Executive Advisor to the CEO/Chairman and Board of Directors, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Earlier experience includes serving as Global Human Resources Leader at SABIC and Chief Human Resources Officer following SABIC's acquisition of GE Plastics. Gervasi's career began at GE, where various HR roles were held over two decades. Gervasi holds an MBA in Human Resources from RPI Lally School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in American Studies/Business from the University of Saint Joseph.
